Digital Click Tag is a Bengaluru-based digital marketing agency. We handle SEO, Google & Meta ads, social media, content writing, website design, development, branding, and performance marketing — for all kinds of businesses, big and small.
Use the site the way it's built to be used. Don't scrape it, copy content without permission, submit fake details, or try accessing systems that aren't yours. Anyone misusing the site gets blocked — no long warnings about it.
Every project gets scoped out before anything starts — deliverables, timelines, costs, all agreed upfront. If something new comes up mid-project, we discuss it separately. Nothing gets added to your invoice without a conversation first.
Payment terms — retainer, milestone, or flat fee — are sorted before work begins. Larger projects may need an advance. If an invoice goes unpaid with no communication, we pause the work. Fees for completed work or active service periods aren't refunded unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Everything we build for you — copy, visuals, website pages, logos — becomes yours after full payment. Until then, it stays ours. Our internal tools and templates are always ours. If you share brand assets with us, make sure you have the rights to use them — that's on you.
No one can guarantee page-one rankings or a fixed ROAS — not us, not any agency. Algorithms change, competitors move, platforms shift overnight. What we do promise is solid strategy, honest reporting, and full transparency. We'll tell you when something needs a rethink — not dress up bad numbers.
A lot of our work runs through Google, Meta, and other platforms. When those platforms change policies, suspend accounts, or go down — that's outside our control. We'll move fast and work through it with you, but we can't be held responsible for what external platforms decide on their own.
We need accurate information, timely approvals, and access to the right accounts when asked. Delays on your end push timelines on ours — that's just how projects work. We'll always flag things before deadlines so nothing sneaks up on either side.
If something goes wrong on our end, we own it and fix it. But we're not liable for losses from platform failures, algorithm changes, or decisions outside our work. Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either side can end things — written notice, typically 30 days. Work done up to that point is still billable. Any costs already committed to platforms or tools on your behalf aren't recoverable. We'll wrap things up cleanly and hand over everything that belongs to you.
These terms follow Indian law. Any unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We'd always rather sort things out directly — but it's worth having this clearly stated.
